If the accommodation offered by Pattaya hotels, guesthouses, bungalows or apartments and condominiums, as contained herein, do not meet your requirements; perhaps a house for rent will better suit. Generally speaking, most owners of houses require a long-term rental, six months to one-year contracts being the normal practice. However, monthly rentals can be found. Most houses are offered part or fully furnished. For a standard long-term contract, a minimum of two months rental fee as deposit against damage or loss and the first months rental, will be required up front. Usually, the renter based upon the metered usage, although these can be included in a short-term rental, pays utility charges for electricity and water. Telephone lines are restricted to local calls, with an arrangement for international calls having to be made in the name of the renter.
