Pattaya is a beach resort with a large coastline offering many different beaches and areas. Beach bungalow resorts abound and are a great way to enjoy the benefits of sea, sand and sun. Some can be found right on the shoreline, others just a short walk away. Unlike other tourist centres in Thailand, the beach bungalows in Pattaya and its surrounds, tend to have all amenities such as electricity, hot and cold running water, air conditioning, and range from the comfortable to the luxurious, with a price scale accordingly. Many hotels offer bungalows set amongst their gardens in addition to the normal main building rooms set nearby. Garden bungalows can also be found in town, these are usually set around a swimming pool complex in well-manicured gardens.
