One consideration is the time taken to develop the prints. Some shops will return the pictures in 45 minutes, some will return in a few hours, a very few will say next day. There is a slight variation in the price for the fastest service, otherwise the cost is virtually the same, so choosing a particular shop is really not too difficult a decision. Many of the photo shops can offer passport photos, either instantly by Polaroid or within a few hours and also group photo services, for a family picture, etc. The photo shops will sell film, photo frames and other associated goods, and some can offer a repair service.
