Thailand has an extensive automobile industry and Pattaya holds numerous efficient business enterprises to cater to any requirement.
From a limited number of used second hand car dealerships a few years ago, Pattaya now boasts a large number ranging from a small firm selling pick-up trucks to large enterprises selling major brand name and exotic vehicles such as Rolls Royce. Most are located on Sukhumvit between North and South Pattaya and are easy to find and, as they are all situated close together, it is relatively easy to drive from one to another and walk through the lots to see what is on offer and compare. Some have the car details such as the year and price shown in the windscreen, others require questioning of the sales staff. They generally open between 9 and 5 with some closing only on Sundays.
